Josh Galarza wins the Virginia Commonwealth University English Departmental Writing Award!

Stoked to announce that I've won the 2022-23 graduate fiction award at Virginia Commonwealth University with an excerpt from my new WIP, False Face: The Musical!, a YA novel set in the late-1990s that functions as a playful mash-up between three storytelling modes: novel, musical, and action film. Hopefully everyone will get to see the book in print in the near future (or far future because this is the publishing industry we're talking about).
